What do you notice in yourself or the world around you each day?
Practice building recognition (the second step of G.R.O.W.) of Divine Providence, the Creator in Creation, the good in others, and the emotions we experience.  Emulate the descriptive Verses of Praise to recognize others with vivid, personal details that show you notice and care.  Challenge yourself to hone recognition through art, writing, nature, or another creative medium to compose your soul's song to our Creator.

Analyze the theme of Oneness in the Shema and its blessings to foster a tangible sense of connection and love for G-d, Torah, and others.  Discuss how every goal can serve to reveal the Oneness of G-d in ourselves, the world, and others.
Lesson 1: Believe & Blossom!
Lesson 2: Trust & Acceptance

Topic 4: Wishes

What do you wish for - and do you know why it matters?  In this lesson, discuss the importance of Wishes (the fourth step of G.R.O.W.) as expressed in the Shemoneh Esrei-Amidah.  Practice how to confidently request what you need and desire from the Creator, materially or spiritually, in order to fulfill a mission in Oneness with Him and transform our world into a Divine dwelling.  Create a vision board to concretize your Wishes and learn about our ultimate wish for redemption, when the world will blossom into its full glory
